first of all i should make clear that this review does not have anything to do with the quality of sleep studies Sandman provides. i have not participated in a sleep study with this team. my review has to do with the lack of courtesy and professionalism of Sandman. in april 2020, i received a referral from my physician to be assessed for suspected sleep apnea. it seems that sleep apnea has seriously compromised my health and well-being. i am constantly tired all the time. if i “sleep” eight-to-nine hours, upon awakening and ... read more
Dr.Sandman is the best in Bakersfield, took the time to go over and explain everything.
Have had numerous studies in 3 states. This was the worst ever.Decor/ambience looked like someone moving out and mostly done. Told them my 8:30 bedtime, given a 10:00 p.m. check in. Every time called, hard to reach. Had an "inconclusive study," asked to return.Absoluetly Not! I objected to the 10 p.m. check in. I was told it was my fault for aaccepting it, but only time offered me.
Outstanding hospitality.
