I rarely have time for this, however I feel compelled to share my recent experience of outstanding customer service from the Lorne Ave Saskatoon Sandman Hotel. In particular, Mary, who received my call at front desk was a life saver. Excellent customer service is becoming a rare commodity and I so it’s worth it for me to share this message of gratitude and appreciation. Next time I’m in Saskatoon, this is where I’ll be heading. Cheers.
The meal took far too long to arrive, and by the time it got to my table, I was already regretting my choice.
Honestly, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I noticed several tables were not wiped down.
After having a long travel nothing can replace a warm, friendly, and professional welcome when you check in at the hotel. Was super impressed with staff, specially with Mary. She was so helpful and caring.
