This hotel management needs some training in how to handle guests properly. Not up to the mark as the other Signature locations

I stay at this property almost every month when traveling to Saskatoon for business, and this is probably the 8th time I've experienced significant issues with my room. Some of the problems I've encountered include: A window that would not close when the outside temperature was around -30°C. An air conditioner that did not work during the summer. We have stayed here a few times and it is always a favorite. The staff in the resturants treat you like a VIP the rooms are clean and quiet. 10/10 recommend.
