Unfortunately will look at other options before the sandman south in the future. Has always been good but our last stay wasn’t up to par. Missing amenities in the room (hand soap, toilet paper, bath towels), and cleanliness left a lot to be desired (chip crumbs left on the floor from previous guest on the floor, dirty sink, baseboards were mostly all grimy, found a hair elastic in our bed, and our shoes stuck to the elevator floor when we went down for breakfast at 9am it was so dirty). I was staying at this hotel in May for my 15yr wedding anniversary! I’m sorry this is late but the service we received from Josie at the front desk was incredible! Thank you so much for the upgrade and the expletive this hotel provided us. The room was beautiful, we enjoyed our meal at the restaurant and the hot tub was great! Thanks again, see you soon!
We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past however this past weekend we were quite disappointed with the hotel staff. Our room was nice and clean, however we had our room double booked (usually would be no big deal). The result of this was hotel staff trying to break into our room at 12am with key cards (FOR OUR ROOM), waking us up, trying to let other guests into “their room”, with the only thing stopping them being the deadbolt.
