Avneet at reception was very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. She is a great asset to the hotel. Colin Black
Booked for 3 people. The mattress was so worn that you both slope inwards. Couch was comfy, at least- didn't pull the bed out, though. Just slept on cushions. AC was semi-loud throughout the night, room service was awful, and pool felt shifty. Was just trying to relax in the hot tub and there were screaming kids with parents doing nothing. Spare blankets ranged from rough and hairy feeling to shower curtain texture. 2/5 would not stay again.
