I had an amazing experience at Sandman Signature Langley, all thanks to Avneet Kaur. Her service was truly exceptional from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made the entire experience so comfortable and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely caring in their role. Highly recommend—Avneet is a true asset to the team. Looking forward to visiting again!
Avneet was a total sweet heart. Helped me out after an unfortunate experience with Expedia. She helped me out with an ugrade and give me some great advice with dealing with the previous issue. Definitely a blessing after a long day of traveling.
Great experience staying at the Sandman, staff were very accommodating, the room was bright and clean, everything you look for in a good hotel stay, they have. Avneet made our stay memorable, 5 stars!
Harneet is extemely rude and unprofessional. I called to discuss an issue at check in. And she went completely on the defensive. She wouldn’t listen to my concerns, she just kept talking over me. I had to explain my concerns three times and she still didn’t actually acknowledge the issue at hand. Worst experience I’ve ever had checking into a sandman signature.
