One year later and the results are disappointing. Areas that were thoroughly cleaned are fine. The rest is looking BAD. If you use this guy get the quote in writing. He promised 2 guys one to wash off the building while he washed the roof but that didn't happen. He promised a antifungal after coat but that didn't happen. He did not necessarily show up on time and had to redo large sections of the roof and one whole section of curb.
