Everything was great with our stay, Tracy was exceptional. I was upgraded and the young man from the front desk promptly called to make sure I was ok with the upgrade. Service well above the price - and this was in summer!
Thank you, Daryna K, (Sandman's front desk manager) and Vanshika who both exhibited constant professionalism and top-notch public relations during our stay. Daryna is an excellent example of great costumer service. Sandman is lucky to have her and Vanshika as employees! We will be returning customers here because of Daryna's consistent good care of us, weary travelers and we look forward to working with Vanshika more in the near future.
