This place was awful. The parking lot is small, tight and difficult to manage and I’m not even sure where everyone would park if the place were full. Staff were very friendly which was the only redeeming quality. The suites building clearly used to be an apartment building. The door to the room looked like it had been kicked in a couple times and didn’t quite close properly. There was a hot water heater room with a door that didn’t even close. Was there almost 3 weeks. Great service great location. Very close to save on and Tim Hortons. But then again it's Williams lake everything is close by.

I am very comfortable and would recommend staying here! The service is outstanding! I feel at home! The team will always help! Thank you very much, Sandman Williams Lake team! FILTHY. Stayed for a week for work. Had to clean the place ourselves. Hair everywhere, dishes dirty, stains in the couch, etc. Bed had a huge sag in it. Have stayed in many sandman locations across Canada and this one is by far, the worst!

I will not stay here again. Even though I knew they were under renovation, I woke up early and felt so mad when the loud noises started at 7 am-ish. Just terrible! They were drilling around, and it felt like it was in my own room. When I communicated this to the receptionist, she apologized but said it shouldn’t have happened. Don’t stay there.
