Had issues with washroom Julie replace the room and issued room adjustments, which was great. Stay did not continue well due to renovation, but the customer service was good. Front desk took the approval from manager and manager was fast to approve it. Thanks
Julie was just AWESOME!!! great service and always with a smile.
The hotel is tired but it appears they are working on freshening things. Staff are awesome.
