We put off having them done for a long time because we dreaded the sanding process - having to remove everything from the room on top of all the dust it would create! Luckily, a friend recommended Sandless Finish to us and we were not disappointed in the least! They removed and replaced all of the furniture and, as promised, their methods didn't make any dust. The living room floor in our new house was a mess. I don't know what the previous tenants did to the floor, really. Paint everywhere, spots where the sealer looked like it was completely gone.
