I just wanted a routine glasses eye exam that’s it and because I mentioned I was had a medical condition they are gonna charge my medical insurance and don’t explain this to you until after the exam. I have never had to pay anything medical with any other eye doctor. I just do my glasses eye exam and get my prescription that is covered by VSP. Watch out they will try to trick you into buying a ridiculous amount of contacts to get 50% off frames... then you can't use your insurance so they are more expensive than if you hadn't taken their 50%! Then they make no effort for customer satisfaction. Will never recommend or shop there anymore.
I would list as WORST IN THE CITY. I visit with insurance, pay the copay, pay for glasses as I picked them up and then a few months later get a bill from collections. I am filing against them and posting negative posts everywhere I find a profile. Definitely, not a good business practice and I am taking my family vision needs elsewhere.
Sandia Vision Clinic is the best and I have been a customer 24 years now. Dr. Chinischi is tops!! Excellent customer service as well!
Dr. Lauren Adams and the staff at Sandra Vision are great! My exam was punctual and thorough! Atmosphere great!!
