Very disappointing! When I first went to see Annie I really liked her. Unfortunately, all of my experiences since the first visit have been horrible. 1st she also saw 3 of my children again 1st appointment was great about 2 month later I tried to make another for my children and with out any notification I was told they no longer see pediatrics. Such a great place! Anne is great and always committed to communicating with clients! This is a small and local company that cares. Highly recommend.
I love Annie but the nurses and doctors dont communicate. I had an appointment with Annie and it got rescheduled last minute.. okay fine family emergencies happen. Annie told me the nurses would rescheudle. They did and apparently didnt schedule me for my proper appointment.. video appointment. I sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes before I was helped just to be told I need to reschedule so here I am, requesting odd work a third time. Thanks Sandia Medicine for nothing
We are so incredibly grateful to Dr. Anne Gilbert and her amazing team for fitting my father in for a last-minute appointment. Dr. Gilbert took the time to truly listen to my father’s concerns and made him feel heard and cared for—something that means so much, especially when dealing with ongoing health issues.
