My wife and I are here for our wedding ANNIVERSARY and are headed to the elevators and I get stopped and told that the grocery bag with a bottle of alcohol is not allowed in the rooms (but we can do their bottle service to the room for $130 for a fifth of Jack Daniel's). I was then reported to security when walking back outside. So upset, Sandia send out postcard every month for free nights at hotel. We haven't been able to get a Friday or Saturday since December. Called last week and February is already booked up. One night is all we want!

Staff needs to be trained in better hospitality and to actually be friendly and quit rolling their eyes and show they hate their jobs. Especially in valet a worker name Esther should get a job somewhere else.

I like the sadia resort. The staff is friendly the bell staff is extremely helpful. And the grounds where great.

They allow smoking. It really takes away from the beautiful location.
