I loved this Casino and all the restaurants just wish it DID NOT permit cigarette smoking like Colorado Black Hawk and Cripple Creek Casinos cigarette smoke is dangerous for everyone customers and employee's alike.

This is a beautiful, beautiful place. Very clean, great food . . . However, the staff here is NOT well managed. Check in time is 4pm, but my last two trips the rooms were not ready to occupy until well after 5pm. And room cleaning on subsequent days was not done until after 6 pm one night, and skipped all together one night!!! And it took me 25 minutes to get my checked bags because the bellman was AWOL. And getting your car from the valet is sometimes a time consuming crap shoot. Too bad the staff us not managed efficiently

Me gusta mucho ir al bar a escuchar la música, yo gasto más dinero el consumir comida y bebidas. Mi pregunta es por q no ponen créditos tambien por eso.

This place is amazing! Just spent the weekend with my wife. We both enjoyed our stay immensely. They have mastered the art of customer service. If you avoid the upstairs restaurant, you will have an awesome time.
