First off, the show was great. Keep the talent and the patrons happy to keep them coming back. The seats were so tight you are rubbing your whole arm with your neighbors. The line was incredibly long but it didn’t help that most patrons were trying to follow the long line but at the cross walk groups and groups of people were able to just cut in the line. We went to see Gabriel Iglesias. The venue has been remodeled. The bathrooms are very nice, concessions are good (pricey of course) and the line moved quickly. The seats are terrible. You are crammed in like sardines. No room at all, short armrests, no leg room. It is so uncomfortable it made it hard to enjoy the show. I will not return for a show there. The venue is lovely but they were focused on more seats rather than comfort of patrons when they remodeled.

All the staff is so friendly, from the bellman to the waitress at the Council Room, the pool attendee. They are making sure ur having a good time. Mini vacay.

It was amazing the four nights there the staff was amazing the rooms were beautiful clean the restaurant's and staff there were great thanks for everything what a beautiful place
