Best office hands down. I have been a military spouse for 10 years and have been to several dental offices across the country. I have never been to one with this kind of service. The customer service is AMAZING!! From the greeting a the front desk, the kind and gentle dental assistants and dentists to even the goodbye when you walk out to leave.
Had what I considered a dental emergency, called in and a same day appointment was was available, was greeted pleasantly, did not have to wait long, facility was clean and welcoming, easy to locate-- not a lot of turns off the main road, ample parking. Technicians and doctor explained what to expect, checked in with me during process to make sure I was comfortable and not experiencing pain or discomfort. Checkout staff was pleasant also. Excellent service and care. Great experience for my daughter.
The procedure was quick and relatively painless. The only complaint is that my upper lip got bruised because of the dentist and his assistant stretching it to complete my treatment. Other than that small issue, my experience was as good as you can expect from a trip to the dentist.
It was excellent. Friendly and comforting for my grandaughter. Would recommend to others.
The staff was very patient, accommodating, and encouraging. I went in the evening, when tired from my day and a little stressed, but they were very willing to constrain my fears and discomfort.
Overall I absolutely LOVE Sandhills. Dr Brooks is an amazing dentist. They squeezed me one evening and I am so grateful they could. Open later in the evenings is great for my kids appts.I would've rated them a 5 stars but I do have to say the billing dept needs to be more careful. They attempted to overcharge me. This has happened twice now. Upon me questioning why was the patient price is so much more then before & asking for a complete payment history they all the sudden found they 100 overpayment.
