We love this office and their staff!
All three of my children, ages 1 1/2 to 5 1/2 were seen. The staff is very friendly and provides a comfortable environment for the kids. Sandhills makes taking three kids to the dentist an easy experience.
I got scheduled as a new patient and seen the same week. I absolutely love the hours and availability. The service was. Wait time was minimal. So short that right after registration(which took 5-7) minutes. I sat down for maybe 5 minutes and was called back. Love the children's areas!! I'm excited for them I can't wait until my girls have their appointment.
Your first trip to a new dentist's office can be intimidating and one of the worst things is that you have to fill out all the new patient info. Not here. More than half of my personal information was taken over the phone and already on the form for me. Also, the staff was very professional and made me feel as if I was important as a patient and person. I don't want to have a root canal but I can't think of a better place to get it done!
My experience was well organized and very efficient. Wait time was minimal and staff was very knowledgeable and confident in their roles.
Sandhills Pediatric Dentistry was able to get my daughter into the ofc ASAP due to a loose tooth. Dr. Dunston and Rose were wonderful and had a lot of patience with Aaliyah. Thank you so much!!!!
I've had two cleanings and my wisdom teeth pulled. It was always a pleasure and they were always eager to help and assist me. I've loved the experience every time. My husband was even impressed and wants to transfer there. Lol
Dr Dunston has got my grand daughter from being so horrified she wouldn't even let them clean her teeth to now she gets excited like it's Christmas to come to an appointment and said she wants to be a dentist. The way he talks to and treats the kids is wonderful.So glad we found them.
