Reading some of these other reviews leads me to believe those people were at the wrong place. Dr. Thacker is a great Dr. He is very friendly & professional. The office staff are very friendly & professional as well. If you need a podiatrist for any reason, rest assured this IS the best place. I have been a patient for 5 years now. This so call doctor, Michael Thacker is very unprofessional! He is very cold and distant and his secretary puts on a front and lies to say what she is suppose to do but don't do it .Please don't go there and go somewhere where you can get good quality care.They were very unprofessional! I have tried calling as well and cannot get through. Not sure of the legitimacy of this business.
Could not make contact by phone. The phone lines are always down. Made an appointment online. When I arrived no appointment was made in their system. There were no other patients at the business and yet they still couldn't see us. I would recommend anywhere else but here!
