I received service here on 8/30/2025 and never received a bill with an itemized list of charges. Or even a bill for that matter. 7 months later (now) I'm being heckled and harassed by debt collectors, my credit score has tanked and I now owe $1,646. They never even sent me a bill. I'm not sure how this is legal and I'd hate to file a federal complaint, but I may have to. I wasn't notified that I had a balance. Very shady and deceptive for a hospital. Never received a bill from them or anyone else stating I owe anything for a hospital visit. Now all of a sudden we are getting bills from this scam organization
Crazy to read how long this has been happening. Definitely avoiding Moore Regional Hospital now. Same story here, I pay my bill from the hospital and months later I'm getting harassed by collections for an invoice I never received from this group. For all I know it could be a fake debt. Without a record stating the service and contact information, I have no way to verify it. Don't let them normalize treating people this way.
January 2025, my 10yo granddaughter broke her femur, they handled her very roughly, took the X-rays and drop it on her leg, she was in excruciating pain and they never gave her pain meds or put her leg on a sling. They don’t have a pediatrician on call, took them 10 hours to find a hospital with a pediatric unit . This place is horrible, don’t take your kids there.
This place is a joke. Had an ER visit in 2024 and apparently you get a separate bill from this place, but I never got a single bill through the mail and all of a sudden get a text that I have a bill in collections. I called and they asked for my address, then said it was mailed there 3 separate times. How convenient you say that AFTER I provided my address.
