Never received a bill from them or anyone else stating I owe anything for a hospital visit. Now all of a sudden we are getting bills from this scam organization
Crazy to read how long this has been happening. Definitely avoiding Moore Regional Hospital now. Same story here, I pay my bill from the hospital and months later I'm getting harassed by collections for an invoice I never received from this group. For all I know it could be a fake debt. Without a record stating the service and contact information, I have no way to verify it. Don't let them normalize treating people this way.
January 2025, my 10yo granddaughter broke her femur, they handled her very roughly, took the X-rays and drop it on her leg, she was in excruciating pain and they never gave her pain meds or put her leg on a sling. They don’t have a pediatrician on call, took them 10 hours to find a hospital with a pediatric unit . This place is horrible, don’t take your kids there.
This place is a joke. Had an ER visit in 2024 and apparently you get a separate bill from this place, but I never got a single bill through the mail and all of a sudden get a text that I have a bill in collections. I called and they asked for my address, then said it was mailed there 3 separate times. How convenient you say that AFTER I provided my address. Scam of an organization. They are sub-contracted out by Moore Regional Hospital (don't use them!). So you pay MRH, thinking you're good to go. Then, months later, they send bills with no details to your house. If you call, they have a non-US call center which refuses to give you any details about the care they allegedly privided- they want you to scan in power of attorney for your child and send it to them. I'm not sure why MRH uses them or how this billing structure is even legal.
