You don't want to rent here. I've waited a year and a half for answers on WiFi, shouldn't be a big deal you think, but no one can resolve it. I was offered a $50 rent reduction for 6 months due to the headache, but since I didn't get it in writing, it's not being honored since they changed management at the same time the offer was made. This place is a dump. Roaches everywhere. They don’t tell you not to bring things you care about into the rooms. The roaches breed in every tiny nook & cranny. I didn’t have hundreds of roaches in my room, but thousands. At least no bed begs like other tenants. I just got a bill for $550 for a janitorial company to clean it. I always leave places immaculate when I move. It’s BS. Now I live in my car and put my things in storage. Hoping the roaches that tagged along will die of thirst and starvation.
The place is infested with bed bugs yes they spray but let me tell you the bed bugs own this place the room I'm in I constantly fight with the severe bed bugs in my clothes I have had to throw away everything in there clothes shoes mattress towels pillow linen I mean it's that bad in my room I have marks on my body from them and don't turn the lights out cause they attack even more it's so bad I had to consult and get a lawyer because I threw away a hefty amount of stuff and I want to be compensated for it but it seems like ... read more
