I've been trying to schedule the factory recall repair for my Ford Ecosport for over a year now, and finally get notified that the back ordered parts are now available and urging me to get in right away or risk blowing my motor. During the repair they recommended a $600 motor mount which I questioned if it was under my factory warranty. But since I was 2000 miles over it was expired.
