Great service center with great technicians. Cashiers are very friendly and proficient. Service Advisor Mike Perrault is always very professional and proficient.
Took my work truck in to have the codes checked I was very clear run the codes and quote everything else get it back with a 300.00 plus bill apparently instead of quoting the auxiliary power port repair they just went ahead a fixed it at 198.00 diagnostic and a 12.00 dollar fuse what part of quote do you not get and to run the codes and check the fuel trims was 95.00 it took an hour to find a burnt fuse ?? And on the quote they did do they quoted a service on the front differential on a 2 wheel drive pickup there is no front... read more
First time having our truck serviced at Sanderson's. Service Advisor Andrea R. Was fantastic! The service was done well and quickly. Also while you wait, Sanderson's has 60's diner on site that serves breakfast and lunch Open M- F 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, great food too! I walked through the sales office too and the staff was very friendly and have a huge inventory!. If you are not having your vehicle serviced or looking to buy, you must go eat at their diner!
