What a terrible management company. They must really be going through some things aka out of money. I was going to sign on to a lease with my best friend in Carnegie Park. Until I saw it. What a dump. He told me the place also catches on fire at least once a year. I couldnt believe the condition and lack of maintenance. The property manager is just a big lazy slouch who doesnt care about the residents. They dont care about their residents and let maintenance requests sit un touched. Just awful.
