We began working with Bobby Sanders, owner of Sanders Design Build, on our first home addition 18 years ago. We did numerous remodels in following years with Bobby and hired Bobby to do our newest home addition this past year, 2020 - 2021. All our additions required additional footage added to our home which required major roof changes. Each addition required major kitchen and bathroom work. Bobby did great job on our remodel and used subcontractors that were trust worthy and safe. Would definitely use him again for future projects.
Bobby was great to work with! He has a great relationship with his subcontractors- you can tell they respect him. Bobby had our job scheduled out very efficiently. There wasn’t a day that went by where someone wasn’t doing a job. He was constantly checking on our job and communicating with us. We HIGHLY recommend Sanders Design!!!
