I honestly do not have enough words to describe my experience here. I have always had a slight fear of dental offices, but that quickly went away. I found Dr. Sanders on TikTok and said I’ll see him soon not knowing I would be getting a root canal shortly after. The dental office is immaculate, from the decor, the scent, it is just absolutely beautiful. Dr. Sanders is so personable and really eased my nerves throughout the process. Our family recently relocated to South Carolina, and we received a referral from a friend. I initially scheduled an appointment for my daughter, and she was exceptionally pleased with the dentist and the entire staff. This is noteworthy as she typically expresses concerns, but on this occasion, she had none. At ten years old, she demonstrated remarkable maturity throughout the visit, and I did not need to accompany her to the treatment area.
This dental office is by far the best I’ve ever been to. The office itself is impeccably decorated, clean, and warm. A lot of thought was definitely put into the planning. The staff are amazing. Very kind and sweet, and they always have a smile on. Dr. Sanders is awesome. He truly knows what he’s doing, is great with kids, and you can trust he’ll be honest and upfront about treatment. I had an excellent experience. Maddy at the front desk was warm, helpful, and took the time to ease my fear of the dentist from my first call through my appointment. Her empathy and genuine approach to patient care are truly outstanding. Karen was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.
