The worst rental experience I've ever had. We had a full blown construction warzone going on next door to us, which was not disclosed to us ahead of our stay. Loud sawing going on for hours on end, cars parked in front of and on our property, etc. When I discussed this issue with the Sanders Beach Rentals' team, I was told there was nothing they were willing to do about it. We loved the property we stayed at as it was conveniently located to pools and the beach club and most of all it was super clean upon arrival. Sanders Beach Rentals was extremely responsive any time we had any questions (even on a Sunday) and the rental process was seamless. Sanders is the way to go if you’re looking for a beautiful property with top notch communication. Will be renting from Sanders for our future vacations!

Great rental company and fabulous house- great location to town and trails. Had an issue with the golf cart but the company fixed the issue quickly.
