Renters and Owners beware. Petty, nickel and dime vacation rental management company. Quick to charge, quick to threaten legal action, nasty and reactive. The nice service facade is paper thin when an issue arises. Reasonable requests and conversations quickly devolve due to owner's reactive personality. I will not be doing business with Sanders Beach Rentals. I was very surprised and disappointed in the lack of professionalism by the owner. I don't blame the staff, but toxicity runs down from the top.
I am leaving this review for the lovely Sanders family not as a guest of theirs but because I recently had the delightful experience of hosting this genuinely amazing family in one of my rental homes in Highlands NC over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Absolutely amazing company.
Great Host and vacation rental company! They bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Property is extremely clean, with everything a family needs. Beds were super comfy. Best vacation ever!
Our beach house was incredibly clean, cozy, and comfortable. I love the attention to detail that Sanders Beach Rentals has — from the welcome box with everything we need to stay for a few nights, to being able to text our concierge. They are so friendly, so professional, and I can’t recommend enough.
