7 Month update Sandee Payne's office will NOT return phone call or emails. Do not use to sell or buy a home or property. They will say anything to make a deal and they "list of experts" for inspections will support them. Ground truth do not trust with your family. Purchased a home here in Harker Heights. Beautiful home with hidden issues. 5 months from the purchase repairs are needed to the pool, solar panels, and AC/Heating system. Purchased a home here in Harker Heights. Beautiful home with hidden issues. 5 months from the purchase repairs are needed to the pool, solar panels, and AC/Heating system. Found out this was also the realtor company that was representing the seller. Don't worry home warranty will replace the AC, if the pool needs redone warrant will cover it.
