Great atmosphere throughout the check-in and office visit! The staff is so great and cheerful and Stacey Spencer is exceptional.... always knowledgeable, attentive, caring and a joy to talk to
I've been going here for a long time. But I am moving to a different Dr. Sandcrest has grown too big. I don't feel like a patient anymore. I feel like a number. They take too long to do simple things and completely forget about patients sometimes. Some of the Medical Assistants are very nice, but others can be very rude.
I love being able to do a walk in when appointments can take a few weeks to get in.
