I lived here for over 10 years. I left only because we left the state. The community is one of a kind. Maintenance lives on site. And they answer and help you right away. The owner is even there almost every day. And is always willing to help. I don't know why people are saying they charge for elevator use. That I had never heard. And we moved a few friends and family in and out. No one was ever charged. The only time there was a fee was when someone broke a light fixture in the elevator. All I can assume is the people who a... read more

I lived here for 12 years and loved it. I was not charged a dime for moving in or out of my apartment. It does get kind of cold during the freezing time of winter but they taped up my windows and air conditioning for FREE. They also removed the tape the day I wanted to unseal everything. No, it's not the most modern place to live, but the owner Angelo frequently upgraded my apartment when I would renew my lease. The maintenance man lives on site so whenever I had a problem or locked myself out of my apartment he was there. W... read more

The only good thing about this place is the lake view. Other than that it's horrible. Where do I start? First off, the owner of the place is a cheapskate. They charge you $15 an hour to use the elevator while moving in. Second, everything is outdated. The winds from the lake seep through the balcony doors. In the winter it's the worst. The balcony doors are thin and rattle very loudly. You WILL be freezing cold. The only solution they offer is to call and have them TAPE your balcony doors and ac units up. With clear tape. On... read more

Too bad about this bad, no, horrible review. We looked at them for my mom about four years ago and they have a beautiful view of the lake which was exactly what we wanted but we got the same impression of the management and or his representative so we didn'tmove her in...I agree on the out dated everything... $$$ to use the elevator to move in??? really? I had to give it 1 star cuz it wouldn't let me give less...guess it was for the lake view

Outdated apartments with a terrible landlord. They will nickle and dime you for everything. Get this, they charge you $10.00 to $15.00 an hour to use the elevator when you move in and out which was implemented after i moved in. Had i known i probally would not of signed the lease.

Nice apartments These apartments are very nice, both inside and out. They are located right on Lakeshore, so they are right on the lake. The view of the lake from most patios is mostly sideways, but it's still nice to be able to sit up there and hear the waves. The apartments themselves are very spacious. The two bedrooms even have one and one half bath, which is really nice. The living room/dining room is nice sized, and the entire area flows very well. The kitchens aren't huge, but they're not bad sized for apartments. The... read more
