I was a tenant with Sandco for 2 and 1/2 years at two properties. Both times they robbed me of my deposit because I had pets that they said urinated in the house. They forced me to replace the carpets at both locations, saying they 'probed the carpets and found urine'. This is the worst rental management company that I have worked with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! Their fees are outrageous to begin with and you will probably no get anything back when you move out.
