I’ve known Ash for years when I realized I needed to rent my house in Florida. He took on that challenge for me and was able to rent it within a day of posting whenever my Renter left after two years. I asked Ash to go ahead and sell the house within a week and a half to two weeks. He had a cash offer and it closed today. I don’t think anybody else could’ve done what he has done for me. He is definitely treating me like family and I’ll use him again if ever I need him.
Ash was a wonderful broker to work with. He always made time to make sure we were getting the house that we wanted and that are investment would be something would hold value. He was easy to schedule with and easy to talk to whenever we had questions. We've used him in the past and definitely recommend using him if looking to buy or sell in the 30A or Destin areas.
Ash went above and beyond to make selling and buying a house workout so that we did not need temporary accommodation. Even when the unexpected things popped up, Ash jumped right in to the get things sorted. If you really want someone that has your interest in focus, Ash is the man.
