I’ve known Ash for years when I realized I needed to rent my house in Florida. He took on that challenge for me and was able to rent it within a day of posting whenever my Renter left after two years. I asked Ash to go ahead and sell the house within a week and a half to two weeks. He had a cash offer and it closed today. I don’t think anybody else could’ve done what he has done for me. He is definitely treating me like family and I’ll use him again if ever I need him.
