Probably the best property company I’ve had the opportunity to rent from. Ashley is a wonderful property manager and is always so tentative to our needs / concerns. We’ve never gone more than 24hrs without a response.
I consider this company to be truly top-tier. They maintain high standards, represent quality properties, and demonstrate excellent customer relations and public communication. Some of the negative comments you may see do not reflect my experience. This organization appropriately holds high expectations and, as they should, prioritizes the best interests of their clients above all else.
Would never recommend their properties to anyone as someone who has just moved in. Property was a bit dirt on move in. Have not had a working fridge at all since I moved in which to me is egregious for a 1000/month rental. That something like that could be overlooked then have the gall to tell me to watch scratching the floors because they’re new. I wasted $60 applying on this platform. They claim they reached out for landlord references but I confirmed that they didn't reach out at all to one and the other was very easy to call and get an email for a responsible person rather than waiting on a response from a shared inbox. This company did the absolute bare minimum. Not even an update letting me know they haven't heard back in 3 business days much less a proactive update on status.
