Would never recommend their properties to anyone as someone who has just moved in. Property was a bit dirt on move in. Have not had a working fridge at all since I moved in which to me is egregious for a 1000/month rental. That something like that could be overlooked then have the gall to tell me to watch scratching the floors because they’re new. I wasted $60 applying on this platform. They claim they reached out for landlord references but I confirmed that they didn't reach out at all to one and the other was very easy to call and get an email for a responsible person rather than waiting on a response from a shared inbox. This company did the absolute bare minimum. Not even an update letting me know they haven't heard back in 3 business days much less a proactive update on status. Before we moved out we paid for a cleaner and lawn care. We still got charged an expensive cleaning and mowing fee. Also got charged for items that didn’t come with the rental to begin with. Maintenance also took forever on repairs. But it wasn’t on the maintenance person. They have too many houses for KW to keep up with. People that work there are rude on the phone. I will never rent another home from Sandblom Property.
