I am always very pleased with the service and the kindness of the employees. They are not pushy but they are extremely helpful. I’ve been going there for years.
I went into have some jewelry repaired Phil was so helpful he took the time to study it then evaluated by the repair person and I was told it could be repaired got it back the next day. Susan boxed it up for me to keep it safe everyone was so nice & friendly terrific service.
They are always wonderful to work with and are very accommodating. Everyone is also very pleasant which is important in a service business. I highly recommend them.

Awesome staff, great quality, and reasonable prices! My fiancé and I worked with Cindy to design a custom engagement ring. I had an idea in mind and she made it happen! They are a family owned business and you definitely get the “family” feel when you enter. Side note - We are a black couple. We visited multiple jewelry stores where we got a vibe that we were not welcomed. It was obvious that these other clerks assumed we didn’t have the resources to buy a ring. WE NEVER... EVER...
