Dr. NGO is the worst doctor I have ever met. He does not care about his patients and is more concern about making money. He had my father switch medicare insurance because the current one didn't pay enough. My great-aunt only speaks Vietnamese, but he will not attend the appointment, even though he is a native speaker, and permit a non-Vietnamese speaker associate to attend without a translator. She is also hard of hearing, so we provided a notebook so they can communicate through written words. He refused to write any recom... read more
I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE SINCE 2017 AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SANDBAY PRIMARY CARE CLINIC. THE DOCTORS, NURSES AND STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THE SERVICE IS A PLUS
Zero stars Dr. Anthony Ngo was the most arrogant, disrespectful, completely lacking in empathy or the slightest inclination to listening as opposed to pontificating.....of any health care provider I've ever encountered. He was highly recommended by a specialist I've been seeing.....but having reservations based on a previous experience with San Bay Dental with which he shares the lobby.....and a Jeckyll & Hyde series of Google reviews either loving or despising him.....I waited until reaching a critical juncture at which I h... read more

I wholeheartedly recommend this primary care establishment. The staff are absolutely fantastic and always makes me feel welcomed and truly cared for. I've been coming here for a few years and I don't see myself going anywhere else. 100% - A+ - 10/10.
