moved out an apartment that sandalwood was managing and didn't receive my security since June of this year. its September and still I haven't received my security deposit. more than 4 months I have been trying to get a hold of them but no answer. I would be taking them to small court. please don't ever rent an apartment that has this company has management.
I live at a complex that these people once managed Patten East. It was the worse experience of our lives. These people are slumlords. They left us with no hot water for 7mnts. Apartments were riddled with roaches and rats. We were told to bathe out of buckets and boil water on the stove. These people are heartless and cruel. This might be the worst property management company in Texas. They will not communicate with you in a timely fashion, they escalate minor misunderstandings incredibly fast, and they don't seem to care at all about helping people. Watch out!!
