I am writing to formally document my concerns regarding the apartment unit and leasing process managed by Sandalwood in Del Valle TX. Prior to signing the lease and paying the deposit, I was not given the opportunity to view the actual unit. I was informed that I would be able to do so afterward, and I relied on that representation when proceeding.
