Where should I begin? Let's start with the fact that on numerous occasions since living here since 2012 I have TOLD the management and PROPERTY OWNERS that children playing soccer or football in a 20'X20' grassy area NEXT TO the apartments is going to end up with broken windows. Has happened to several other tenants. Second, MAINTENANCE is a JOKE HERE. Takes them FOUR DAYS TO PAINT THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND CALL IT REMODELING? They can pull the washers out to paint over the old paint but not clean up the garbage that is there as ... read more
In my personal opinion on these apartments they are needing people who know that when a low income person is on Section 8 is because they are low income, If a person making $1400.00 a month the person would not need section 8. The ignorance shown to myself in person is inexcusable and the person on duty was a little rude in addressing me and my son. I will not give this apartment complex a high mark because of the treatment I received.I also would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone at all.
It's like some of the people just throw their trash on the ground I hate to see what their homes look like in side
They have done some nice improvements, painted the buildings, landscape etc. the biggest issue is the 'junk' people have in front of their place. Trash cans, mirrors and dog kennels etc.
I lived there I can say it was one of the worst apts I lived in
