No refunds when you buy with cash
The 2 staff members on Sunday 02.15.26 were absolutely rude and not helpful. I buy a lot of flip flops and asked to be directed to the ones with arch support. There were maybe 1-2 other customers in the store. These 2 were at the register. The gal looked at me and continued to eat her bag of chips and did not respond. The guy named 4 brands and pointed randomly. Mind you this is a large store and I could not find 2 of the brands he mentioned. No offer to show me where they were. I got the Rainbow sandals!!!!
Sandal factory has an excellent selection of a variety of sandals. I bought a pair of Taos sandals, and they are amazing. The staff was great. They were very helpful to help me select a pair of sandals. I highly recommend Sandal factory for anyone who is challenged selecting sandals.
