The 2 staff members on Sunday 02.15.26 were absolutely rude and not helpful. I buy a lot of flip flops and asked to be directed to the ones with arch support. There were maybe 1-2 other customers in the store. These 2 were at the register. The gal looked at me and continued to eat her bag of chips and did not respond. I got the Rainbow sandals!!!!
Sandal factory has an excellent selection of a variety of sandals. I bought a pair of Taos sandals, and they are amazing. The staff was great. They were very helpful to help me select a pair of sandals. I highly recommend Sandal factory for anyone who is challenged selecting sandals.
Visited on 9/30/25 with my wife and 4 year old son. Walked in and were not greeted by anyone because they were busy having a detailed personal conversation with another visiting business owner. They continued this conversation for at least 10 minutes, at which time my 4 year old was about to pee his pants. We asked for a restroom and were told they did not have one and to go next door to the hotel. I quickly put down the $80 worth of merchandise I had chosen and left. Watch the price, I paid 40 dollars more on a pair of same Keen, I could get from REI for 40 less. People were nice.
