My daughter took a very sick kitten to them today. He was having trouble breathing. Checked in, waited over 30 minutes for the office to clear and all exam rooms all to be open for the vet to come out and tell her she could not fit them in. Took the kitten to another vet 20 minutes away for the kitten to take its last breath. 50 wasted minutes. The new vet said if she had arrived sooner there may have been a chance that save the kitten. It was dehydrated and anemic. So take your family members to someone who cares.
Today I took my boxer in for the first time! Everyone working was so great! She ended up having kennel cough and an ear infection and the vet was so loving and gentle with her. She was also really good about explaining anything to me and answering all of my questions. And definitely didn't try to push a bunch of things on me just to make more money! 2 thumbs up! We will be back:-)

love how caring they were as my first time there & the fact that they were right to the point with me about my dog. i highly recommend them to anyone!
