very uncampassionate place. I called to try to get my 15 year old dog in who took a turn for the worse. just wanted a vet to look at her give recommendation. they told me I could wait until Monday or take her to an ER or bring her in for Euthanasia (with no assessment by a vet). she won't make it until monday, it was fri at 1pm at this point. what a joke. Wait until Monday or let us kill your dog for you were my options.

RecommendedGreat vets who really care about all animals.
Debated on reviewing since it seems like every bad experience, the staff jumps on their personal pages and attack negative reviews but I believe people should hear it before taking their pets. I called this vet needing to get my dog seen because I have heard the VETS there are amazing. I was completely shocked the receptionist was so unprofessional and acted like I was the inconvenience by calling? Not sure why you would want somebody like that working for your establishment..

I understand that would be frustrating. However, neither receptionist on staff this morning has spoken you. We don’t even have you in our system as a client. It seems you have placed a negative review on the wrong business.
They are awesome & I have used numerous vets in the past. I would never go anywhere else.
They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I won’t take my dogs anywhere else.
BEST VETS WHO WILL CARE FOR YOUR OWN DOG LIKE THEIR OWN.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND...
The care & kindness of all staff & Doctor is beyond fantastic. They do so much to comfort my doggie & make sure to make everything work out with any issue my pet may have. I highly recommend them to do their very best in every way. All are fabulous!!
Love this place! The staff is very nice and the place is very clean. They took care of my June! We will return for our future needs!
The receptionist at this place is unfriendly and very incompetent. She has no idea how to check people out if they are getting medication and she gets whoever she wants next regardless of the line. I’m shocked people are still coming here because of how bad she is.
