Service Department is Tops After dealing with Gary Whitefield in the service department at Sand Mountain Toyota, I would not want anyone else to handle my auto needs. You are not just a number at their store. You are treated like family. That means a whole lot in the world of today.
Above and Beyond I went in for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The technician found nails in two different tires. I was on a time frame as I had to pick my son. They arranged a rental (at no cost to me) so I could pick him up while they finished up. That is extraordinary service. 5 Star dealership from the time I bought my vehicle all the way through service.
