I found the vehicle online was contacted all my questions were answered . Was able to negotiate the price and purchase the truck . Not really any negatives except that I wasn’t asked if I could be helped by anyone except for Tammy after 30 min or so . BUT soon as she finished with a customer she promptly greeted me and asked how she could help me . I felt with her and Daniel had a fast smooth experience and am satisfied . Thanks K Knight

And there was a note thanking me for my service and water in my vehicle when I picked it up. The service was absolutely impeccable and I will absolutely send any of my friends to them. Great Service Employees are always polite and curtious. They call you by name and say thank you. The service on the Avalon has always been as schedule and always on time of the appointment.
