Everyone is beyond kind and helpful and friendly from start to finish. I purchased my 2017 Rav 4 from this dealership but I live closer to Chattanooga. While taking care of my dad in Guntersville, they allowed me to drop off my RAV4 to be serviced without an appointment. They were so courteous and completed the work faster than I expected.
Jason Noojin and Marshall Brooks are always very helpful when I come in to service my vehicle, they are very helpful and explain everything done to my vehicle

I had my heart set on a specific vehicle (Rav 4) and I had my heart set on a specific vehicle (Rav 4) and provided my terms up front but unfortunately I couldn’t get it due to the large down payment. I am pleased with my new car (Corolla). I will return for the Rav 4.
