This is a great service department. My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. They was on time and I was out of there within 40 minutes. That’s with tire rotation also. I would recommend Sand Mountain Toyota and especially the Service Department !!!!

Highly professional friendly knowledgeable discouragement for me for dealership not to have the car i ordered completed paperwork and left $500 deposit until they find my car like gary galbreath my salesman each time I've bought toyotas from them (3rd toyota to buy from them) great service department the guy in parts isn't very friendly
