Only reason I used this dealer was a coupon. The service is good but they tried to sell my wife on a front end alignment that we didn’t need. This is unethical. I spent 28 yrs in the auto industry and I know when I need a front end alignment.

I went to have a problem diagnosed on my car. The tech that I dealt with came back with an outrageous quote and a list of things that needed to be done. I paid him the $71 for the information and then had another local guy to check out my car. He said that the quote that I got from Sand Mountain Toyota was wrong and that I didn’t need all they had suggested. This man fixed my car for $300!! This man is an honest and reputable business owner who was much more knowledgeable than the tech at the Sand Mountain Toyota dealership.... read more
