The quality of the home is built on a Friday. There were Modelo beers on the job site every time we visited. The boards didnt come together to make a solid structure. We have already had multiple warranty repairs that took forever to complete. We constantly have bugs INSIDE the house because doors and windows are poorly sealed. I dont recommend Southern Homes.
