Yesterday morning I had to contact Southpark Dental Group because my temporary denture became loose and fell out of my mouth. I spoke with Audrey and she arranged an appointment with one of their Dentist. The Dentist and her Assistant did a marvelous job replacing the denture. They were very gentle and reassuring. Dr. Cervenka and his team are great! Everyone in the office makes you feel very comfortable. I had an emergency; called the office at 5:45 p.m.; got an appointment for 8 a.m. the very next day! Fantastic!!!
This was my visit and I was very impressed from check in to check out. I saw my x ray tech, my dentist and then my hygienist. Every one of them made me feel very comfortable. The receptionists were all very friendly upon my arrival. I have more appts. And am looking forward to my next visit.

All staff at the Southpark Dental Group has to be one of the most professional and courteous people in Orlando. my experience yesterday was amazing the procedure was explained to me in such detail... well all I have to say is I would recommend this practice to everyone.
Visit was pleasant and efficient. Well, as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be. Liked the new vibrating chair. It also helped that no additional work is necessary.
It's been many years since I'd been to a dentist and was worried about finally going and hearing bad news. The staff at SouthPark Dental were all very kind and warm from the moment I walked in, easing my nerves a bit. Everyone I saw from the front desk staff to my tech to Dr. Coen herself was just incredible. Plus, their offices are really nice and you feel more than comfortable while there. I was even offered a blanket to keep warm while in the chair. I would highly recommend SouthPark Dental to anyone.
A pleasure having dental work done at this office. As a long time customer I left for another dentist. I'm returning because my experience at the new office as no where close to what I received at Dr. Cervanka's office (staff included).
