I've been going here for over 14 years. I've been seen by Dr.'s Cervenka, Coen, & Reiter. They have all been great. Reason I've had 3 is due to ease of making appointments. They are in such high demand that I need 3 to facilitate an appointment that works for me. I've worked with many of their assistants and they remember me. They are good caring professionals. Support staff is wonderful and are more than willing to work with you.
Excellent dentist office and great Doctor Cervenka. All the staff is awesome and very professional and courteous. Audrey, Karen, Yamil and so many others. My hygienist was excellent and very patient. I have been going to SouthPark Dental since 1995 and all my kids have been going there as well. Excellent dental office for all ages.
Awesome place, latest technology, super great team, best patient service anywhere, everybody needs to come and see for yourself and schedule an appointment here. I will never change this place as it became my whole family Dental favorite office.
Gustavo was my dental hygienist and was just great!
From the front office to the checkout had a wonderful experience. They were sympathetic to my having to self pay until my insurance kicks in. They created a short term solution with a long term plan. I was very satisfied with the care and overall experience. I've left dentists feeling taken advantage of and I can't give enough stars here!
My semi-annual cleaning and checkup today included xrays and a $30 charge for a fluoride treatment that was not disclosed nor approved by me prior to the application by the hygienist This treatment is not required for persons of my age and is the first time it has been applied since I've been going to Southpark Dental. I would not have approved of this treatment if I knew that it was an additional charge. I would like to have my record noted that I do not want this treatment for any future visits for cleanings. I had my second visit to this office yesterday (11/3/2016), both were emergency situations. I am the anxious, nervous, stiff as a board patient; in the past I usually leave the Dentist with a cut lip because the Dentist pulled so hard and, bruised cheek because he used my cheek/face as leverage. I had to have an infected tooth that had a partial root canal already started worked on to clear the infection.
