While SPD is very good at their work, they may have "overbooked" their schedule since I had to wait too long for cleaning and inspection. Wasted about 30mins of my time. Otherwise, I like them and they are good.

I want to thank everyone who worked today, Sat. 18th. From the minute I walked in the door everyone was extremely nice to me, from the girls at the front desk, to the dental assists who were in the room with me. Most of all I want to thank the dentist. She was great! She explained everything she was going to do and made me very comfortable. Thank you to each and every one if you. It was my pleasure meeting all of you.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Reider to create a crown for a cracked tooth. She was polite and informative. I felt very relaxed and at ease. The office staff and assistants were very friendly - thank you Audrey and Madeline!

I have adored Shauna Gomes from the moment I first met her! She gets 5+ stars from me! I've enjoyed watching her become a mom for the first time, and then again with her second, she's always been so good to me, for that I am grateful. But for the life of me I don't understand why the D.H.'s are so unfriendly...borderline rude and condescending. The last time I was in there, I felt so demeaned by the time I left.
