Been here since November! Love living here! Highly recommend it!
I like it it's convenient for me to go to the stores and schools the managers are in the nice they help me when I need it the maintenance are on call when you need them and I like their security do they get here
Moved in durung the summer. Office staff has been great with all my needs. Maintenance is great too.
The staff is AWESOME and very helpful!! The maintenance is quick and their work is AMAZING!!! My office staff is better than yours!!!!
We really like it here. They’ve cleaned up a lot. Managers are great with explaining things in your lease if you don’t quite understand something. Raising kids here is great. There are plenty of open areas to play near the basketball courts and a separate playground area as well.
I love that they like to keep your apartment bug free by using pest control every other month yaah!!!!!
My building is quiet and maintenance gets proplems resolved quickly.
Sand Hills is a fairly good place to live.
If you don't like roaches, do not come here to live. I told a friend where i was moving to Sand Hills Apartment, he said he use to live there five years ago and they have bugs...a lot of bugs. I did not know he was talking about roaches. Roaches everywhere! They were in my refrigerator and i haven't put any food in it yet. I was about to plug up a light and one came out of the socket hole.
