Sand Dunes Properties has managed several of our rental properties since we left the area 5 years ago. Not only have they done a great job but they are fantastic folks to work with. We are moving back into one of the homes but will continue to use them for our other rentals because they do such a good job. I'm grateful we found them & would highly recommend them to others!

We rented from Sand Dune Properties for one year becfore relocating. It was a very pleasant experience, and we were very thankful for their customer service. We never had an issue reaching them, and if any maintainance on the property was needed it was done immediately. They are a great family run company that we highly recommend and would use again in the future.
Sand Dune Properties had taken amazing care of our property for three years. They have arranged to meet repair professionals and handled the process seamlessly and economically, accepted deliveries, provided access to the property to friends and relatives, regularly checked inside and out of the vacant property, sent updates with pictures, and even navigated the recent flooding issues without a missed step.
