Was told to get there early for an appointment, the building was locked, scheduled another appointment and was given a card for a different date (the date i agreed to) amd received a text for a different date. No one answers the phone to cancel my appointment after a few voicemail. I don't know whats going on. Recoeved no calls back, no one answers the phones and I don't know whether to show up on the date I canceled on or what. Went to therapy for anxiety, got more because of their lack of communication. I have been seeing Anne at Sand Dollar Wellness for about a year and a half now. I've been with her through four insurance changes, three pregnancy losses, and multiple other life events that could've broken me. Be very aware of how your insurance is billed. The gentlemen at the reception failed to do his verification the way he is supposed to and my BCBS was charged instead of the Cigna which provides for the Behavorial health. They also fail to tell you that not all the providers take the same insurance there. BCBS therefore denied the charge and we had to pay out of pocket!
