Had reservation for a quote 3 weeks ago. Nobody showed and never got a call. I’d be afraid to hire someone unreliable.
I have called three times to get a quote. The first time I spoke to Brian who stated he would email me a quote using google earth. I never received the email so I called back, I got voicemail and left a message. I never got a return call. I called back a week later and was told Brian would give me a call right back. I never got a return call. I don't get it....
In one word - OUTSTANDING. They built our pool about 1.5 years ago. Super pleased. Just had a pool pump seal start leaking. I called Sandcastle and they had it fixed in no time - no questions asked. Great Product and Great customer service. Thank You Sandcastle!
