I booked a last-minute appointment, and when no other salon answered their phones, Shaun picked up and kindly offered to cut my hair that same day. The salon is adorable, and I absolutely love my haircut!

OVERALL 5 STARS may experience 2 stars… This place is super clean, nicely decorated, water,tea,etc., along with majority of the staff being wonderful and accommodating. My personal experience is just based off the out come. I had explained I had boxed dyed by hair previous to my appointment and during the appointment as I wanted to be as transparent as possible. Love that they price services by the hour and no tipping so it's completely transparent. There is a stylist and a price structure for every budget. I've been going to Cassie for years and she is worth every penny.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my experience left a lot to be desired. I booked a cut and color, but ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation or apology. The stylist seemed rushed and distracted, and didn’t really listen to what I asked for. The color turned out uneven and brassy, and the cut was choppy. Not at all what we discussed.
