Patricia is awesome I have lived here 2 plus years. Patricia is the manager. She is the only reason I give 5 stars and the only reason I renewed. People leave here because maintenance is terrible. They have new maintenance staff but they are always sitting by the back doing nothing and new office staff two gentleman could care less about any concern you have and rude right when you walk in. The community is quiet and nice. Great location.
Patricia is great & a breath of fresh air Love my new apartment. It's so clean and the kitchen, flooring & bathroom is all updated and very clean!

WOULDNT STAY HERE FOR FREE Living here vs Living in your car w/ no A/C in 100 degree weather? Choose your car every time. New Mgmt sucks/ never answer phones, apt roach infested, no hot water. Pro, gated complex and it actually works. Amazon locker available. Location is great. But still choose your car
Water off every 2 weeks and takes too long to finish projects They've been working on these new parking spots for over 2 months now and it takes up a majority of the parking spots. Management said it was fine to park there even though it didn't look finished. Went out of town for a few days for a wedding and come back to the car towed. Tow company says it'll be $120 and management didn't send an email. They left a paper on the door while i was gone stting effective immediately. DONT STAY HERE Don't stay here, Water is off every 2 week , property manager is rude, she doesn't have the patience to listen to customer's problem. The information provided in the listing is way off the delivery. I had agreed on the apartment with a microwave and washer dryer, and at the time of delivery I was not provided with the same. On complaint I got an update that the property is old and owner is giving priority to only 1 thing either in unit washer dryer or microwave. ROACHES Absolutely do not check this place out! Prices are cheap here for a reason. Management is not on top of their things. Only comment they seem to have is “you can break your lease”. How is that helping ur tenants? I have had my unit bombed twice and sprayed every other week. Still having a roach issue. Seen (5) as of this morning 2/13/2022. Don’t do it!!! The manager is worthless. The pools are constantly closed off. One of the laundry rooms has been closed down for months. So you have one laundry facility with half the machines broken too! There are homeless people and drug dealers literally making deals on the property constantly because the gates are out of order constantly. And the rent is not that inexpensive. They have new owners and have raised rents considerably with doing anything meaningful to the property. I would give zero stars if I could.
